Private Sessions
How We Begin
We start simply with a conversation about your needs.
Reach out by email and tell me a little about what's going on. I'll schedule a 20-minute online meeting where we can talk about whether private sessions are a good fit.
A 90-minute session where we explore your health, your body, and what feels accessible. From there, I design a practice tailored to you — gentle postures, breathwork, meditation, or a combination. You'll also get something you can take with you and practise between sessions.
Each session builds on the last. The pace is unhurried. There's space to notice what's happening without pressure to perform. We adjust as we go based on how your body and mind are responding.
