In this course we work with classic yoga poses, breathing techniques and meditation at a calm and comfortable pace. After each pose we take time to rest, so that the body can integrate the practice and the mind can perceive increasingly subtle sensations.
This conscious approach helps us build physical strength and flexibility, while developing a deeper body awareness and inner peace. Hatha yoga is suitable for those who want to start their yoga journey with a solid foundation – or those who want to deepen their practice by returning to the classic and timeless.
No previous experience is required – the course is suitable for all levels.
