Hatha 90 minute class - weekly on sundays 10:00--11:30

This contemplative practice invites you to slow down and journey inward through mindful postures, conscious breathing, and meditation.   


Workshop: Yoga for Relaxation & Stress - 07/09

Discover gentle movements, calming breathwork, and restorative poses designed to quiet your nervous system and prepare your body for deep, restful sleep. 


Workshop: Yoga for Joint Health & Arthritis - 12/10

Experience relief through gentle, therapeutic movements that increase mobility and reduce stiffness. This workshop combines traditional yoga wisdom with modern understanding of joint health, offering safe modifications for every body and condition. 


Workshop: Yoga for Chronic Fatigue & Low Energy - 05/11

Learn energizing practices that work with your body's natural rhythms rather than against them. Discover breathing techniques and gentle movements that build sustainable vitality without overwhelming your system. 


Workshop: Digestive Health Through Yoga - 07/12

Explore the connection between breath, movement, and digestive wellness. Learn gentle twists, abdominal breathing, and Ayurvedic principles that support healthy digestion.


Practical Information

  • Location: Maria Skolgata 40
  • Price:  sliding-scale 100-200 sek per class/workshop. Pay by swish on-site
  • Doors open 15 minutes before class
  • We lock the door before class begins, so arrive early
  • The studio has a changing area and storage for bags
  • Mats, blankets, and cushions are available, or you may bring your own
  • Check calendar below to see if class has been cancelled, moved to online, or at a different time
